As in previous years, the Festival Field is a fantastic place for families to find some space and relax. As well as the chilled sounds from the Music Marquee and yet more stalls to browse, there is a lot more to see and do – with the aim of giving the whole family a great time. Watch out for the Story Shed, Birds of Prey display, the fairground, go-karts and a Total Wipeout (if you’re brave enough that is…). And we are also pleased to welcome back the Long Bow display team. Do you think you can fire an arrow? Then here is your chance to find out! And for a more leisurely time, then why not have a ride on a donkey? What could be better! This year we welcome The Creative Workshops team to the marquee for creative and interactive family fun.
Access to the Festival Field is via the passageway behind Tesco on the High Street.
Please note that dogs are not allowed on the field, and it is a non-smoking zone. Please respect this, as it is very important for the St Sampsons children to have a clean and safe space once the Festival is over.
